Baker's Choice Bread Club ~ May/June

Make sourdough bread part of your weekly routine by joining our bread club! Your membership is one of the core elements of our small business. Your community support gives us the foundation to operate as a small-scale, neighborhood bakery committed to sourcing excellent grains, maintaining close relationships with our customers, and supporting public health.

The baker’s choice is a rotation of specialty sourdough breads that change from week to week. This bread is an opportunity for Trevor to be innovative with different grains from Carinsprings, nuts, seeds, and produce that change with the seasons.

Some examples of baker’s choice loaves are: Polenta & Rosemary, Maple Oat Porridge, Smoked Potato & Garlic Confit, Cinnamon Raisin, Olive & Herbs de Provence, Jalapeño and Cheddar, & Apple Millet.

Saturday Pick Up at the Alameda Farmer’s Market between 9a-12 noon
